Are you experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless? We’re here to guide you and provide help. If you are hurt or in imminent danger, call 911.

This Handbook of Help is a listing of services available to individuals in Indianapolis who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Information in this handbook is provided voluntarily by the organizations listed. 

VOICES offers a transitional living program for young adults ages 18-24. They also offer an emergency shelter for youth ages 14-17.

Outreach connects youth to services and builds relationships to help youth increase their social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual health and capacities, propelling them towards stability and life transformation.

Stopover transitional living program is specifically for high school students ages 18-19 who are pursuing their high school diploma. This application is available upon request. They also have rapid rehousing resources.

How do I apply for 91 Place?

91 Place is for young adults ages 18 – 24 who are currently experiencing homelessness. Our Transitional Living Program has a low-barrier to entry. We are open to young adults of all gender identity, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religious beliefs, and cultures. Everyone is welcome, encouraged, and respected.
