This Handbook of Help is a listing of services available to individuals in Indianapolis who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Information in this handbook is provided voluntarily by the organizations listed.
VOICES is an emergency shelter and transitional living program for young adults coming out of incarceration. 92% of their clients have not had new charges filed during their program participation.
Outreach connects youth to services and builds relationships to help youth increase their social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual health and capacities, propelling them towards stability and life transformation.
Stopover transitional home specifically for high school students ages 16-19 who are pursuing their high school diploma. This application is available upon request. They also have an emergency shelter and rapid rehousing resources.
91 Place uses a referral-based admissions process, collaborating with community partners including their workforce development program, Near Eastside Counseling, Outreach, Firefly, Unconditional, and OPHS to connect with youth in need of housing.
