Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to serve in the pivotal role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, you will provide critical leadership to ensure the seamless operations of current programming and future initiatives.
Therapist
- Full-Time
The essential functions of this role are to provide individual and/or group psychotherapy as frequently as determined by the therapist, provide assessments and recommendations, and collaborate with other providers in the client’s life.
Youth Empowerment Director (YED)
- Full-Time
You will be responsible for developing and managing programs aimed at empowering and supporting young individuals in various aspects of their lives. You will work closely with stakeholders, community leaders, and youth to identify needs, design initiatives, and ensure effective implementation.
Vice President of People & Culture
- Full-Time
The Vice President of People & Culture is a strategic leader and key partner to the CEO, responsible for overseeing HR functions, building and fostering a vibrant team culture, leading onboarding and training efforts, and driving the leadership development of employees.
Director of Workplace Development

The Director of Workforce Development is responsible for developing and
implementing a comprehensive program that equips youth with the skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment.
Associate Development Director

The Associate Development Director will play a critical role in advancing our mission by supporting and executing strategic fundraising efforts under the direction and coaching of the CAO.

The Bookkeeper will handle financial tracking, Federal Grant invoicing, medicaid billing, and data collection while demonstrating our core values of authentic integrity and empathetic accountability.
House Mentor
- Full-Time
The 91 Place House Mentor position is the backbone of what we do. This is a live-in position with a salary plus room and board. As a house mentor, you would act as the consistency and family to our residents.
